Young Men’s Mentoring Program
Through group mentoring and our holistic approach we hope to empower young men, ages 9-15, with the skills necessary to achieve their dreams and become positively productive men, good family members and contributors within society.
- Some of these skills include: critical thinking, good decision making, personal accountability, improved academic achievement.
- Socially development: moral character and integrity, improve interpersonal relationships, respect for others, reduce the dropout rate, reduce juvenile delinquency and gang involvement.
- Emotionally development: offer encouragement, self-esteem building.
- Our mentoring techniques include using the S.M.A.R.T. goals method (Specific, Measurable,Achievable, Relevant, Time- specific)
